BIYT: A Practical Skills Building Group

The September through December sessions focus on skills building. DBT skills include:

Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance.

This group teaches you skills to increase your ability, confidence, and belief that you can control your life, reactions, and emotions.

A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.

RAW: Respecting Anger in Women: A Skills & Support Group

This group provides you support as you explore your emotions, including anger and anxiety, as well as situations that provoke your emotions. You will have the support of others who have similar experiences to share. Skills will also be introduced and applied to the situations you bring to group. 

​

2025 dates:

April 3rd, 17th.

May 1st, 15th, and 29th.

A firm commitment to attend all sessions is required.

#Me: A Process & Support Group

This group is for existing clients. This group utilizes ACT and The Confidence Gap book. It will also include EFT skills integration.
